S. Prescott has over two decades of proven experience in management consulting, high-level communication strategy, political campaigns, crisis communications, and brand management in both the public and private sectors.

At Swing State, S. Prescott is the leader of Coalition Building Solutions, as well as an expert in the firm's Data and Analytics, Digital, and Strategic Communications Solutions. 

​

S. Prescott has served on five presidential campaigns and worked at every level from City Council and Mayoral races to State Senate, Gubernatorial, Congressional, and United States Senate campaigns providing strategic guidance and support on a range of issues, including data-driven organizing, capacity building, and strategic communications. 

​

Before 2008, for over a decade, S. Prescott led client service teams for Fortune 500 corporations in several industries such as insurance, financial services, hospitality, and telecommunications in both the United States and abroad. His results-oriented efforts were instrumental in strengthening and expanding client relationships, improving financial performance, and fostering enduring relationships.

​

He has completed studies in Executive Education at Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government. In addition, to completing studies in African-American Studies and Economics at Yale University.

 

S. Prescott is a member of the United Nations Volunteer Programme, the Harvard Club of Washington D.C., the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and Rotary International.
